Myles Delorme
Founder and owner Myles Delorme is a local family man with over 15 years of building experience. With his keen eye for problem solving and commitment to providing high quality workmanship, Peak Construction has become Golden’s premier contracting company. As a volunteer member of Golden’s search and rescue team and an avid mountain biker he’s been involved in the community for over a decade.
Sam Schofield
Sam was pertinent in getting Peak Construction’s snow removal services launched in winter 2021 and quickly expanded his role as the business has grown. Sam takes care of sales, estimating, snow removal and roofing. In his spare time he enjoys DJing, skydiving and hanging out with his family.
Kyle van Es
Kyle is quickly progressing through his apprenticeship and has become a highly valued member of Peak Construction’s renovation team. You’ll see him on site doing everything from framing to finishing and keeping a smile on his face the whole time. He spends his spare time rock climbing, cycling and ski touring.
Ryan Lavin
Ryan is originally from the UK and quickly fell in love with Golden while here on vacation, deciding to make it home. He is working his way through the apprenticeship program and has become a valued member of the construction team. In his spare time he enjoys tending to his chickens, fishing and enjoying the great outdoors.
Nicole Hunt
Office administrator Nicole Hunt joined Peak Construction in January of 2022. She came with over 10 years of administrative experience and a passion for bookkeeping. You’ll hear her friendly voice when you call the office and she’ll make sure you get answers to all your questions. In her spare time Nicole enjoys snowboarding, biking, canoeing and working on her house.
Ryan Sommerville
Ryan is a dedicated part of our snow removal team as well as an experienced carpenter, machine operator and jack of all trades. You’ll see him doing all sorts of jobs for us when he’s not in the plow truck or spreading sand. He spends his summers as a sky dive instructor and stays busy as a father of three.
Karson Redel
Karson joined the renovation crew with over a decade of experience in everything from foundation to custom home builds. In his spare time Karson enjoys hiking and fishing.
Nick Comstock
Nick is another OG to the team and joins us for the warmer months. He’s got a large skillset in a variety of trades which makes problem solving easy. In the winter he spends his days patrolling and forecasting.
